1 1/4 lbs medium asparagus, tough stem ends trimmed
1/2 lb medium white button mushrooms, stemmed nd quartered
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil...
salt, perferably the coarse variety,and freshly ground pepper,to taste
2 -3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar or 2 -3 teaspoons sherry wine vinegar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425*.
In a non-stick baking baking sheet with sides, toss the asparagus and mushrooms with the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer.
Roast for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and browned, turning once or twice.
Place vegetables on a serving platter.
Sprinkle vegetables with vinegar and toss gently to combine.
Season with additional salt and pepper as desired.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Makes 4 servings.

No Bake Lemon Cheese Cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 T butter ( melted)
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese ( NOT low fat, I use Philadelphia at room temperature)
14 oz can condensed milk
2 teaspoons lemon rind ( grated) (optional)
80 ml lemon juice ( 1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon gelatin ( powder)
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg ( grated) (optional)
Directions
Line a 9 inch deep pie plate with alfoil overlapping around the edges.
Crush biscuits into fine crumbs (a food processor is great for this).
Mix in melted butter and combine well.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumbs for decoration if wanted (or if not using nutmeg).
Press rest or all of crumbs into pie plate, pressing down firmly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to help set.
Into a mixing bowl put in cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice and lemon rind if using and mix thoroughly until well blended (about 5 minutes).
Mix water and gelatine until gelatine is dissolved and add to cream cheese mixture.
Pour into prepared chilled shell.
Decorate with reserved crumbs or nutmeg.
Chill for 4 hours to fully set.
VARIATION -.
For a chocolate version omit lemon juice and rind and add 125 grams of melted chocolate to cheese mix and use plain chocolate biscuits for base and decorate with grated chocolate or curls.
To remove from pie plate lift out by edges of alfoil and transfer to serving plate.

Hash Brown Breakfast Cups

4 C. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed (I didn't wait and threw mine in the microwave for about a minute and a half to thaw mine)...
3 T. melted butter
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
7 eggs
1/4 C. milk
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. diced ham
Combine the hash browns, butter, salt and pepper. Spray your muffin tin, very well, with cooking spray. Fill the cups about 3/4 of the way with the hash browns and using your fingers mold the cups with the hash browns and pressing them down in the bottom. Place in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together the eggs and milk, stir in the cheese and ham. Remove the hash browns from the oven and reduce the temp. to 350 degrees. Fill the cups almost to the top and return to the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set. Let cool for a couple minutes, loosen the edges with a butter knife and carefully remove to a serving dish.

Grilled Stuffed Pork Chops
Ingredients
1 box Stove Top cornbread stuffing
6-8 inch pork chops (1 inch thick each)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup prepared zesty Italian salad dressing
Instructions
In medium bowl, mix stuffing with water listed on box. Let sit for 5 minutes, fluff with fork.
In a small skillet over medium heat, brown pork until no longer pink and drain.
Meanwhile, cut a deep slit in each chop, forming a pocket.
Stuff with stuffing; secure with toothpicks.
Sprinkle chops with garlic powder and pepper and the brush each side with Italian dressing.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until a thermometer inserted in the meat reads 145°, basting twice with sauce from bowl.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Remove toothpicks.

So, they WATCH- nothing more?  Everything else they do is extra service apparently. Is that what he is saying?   Rarely do I even read anything from them online or in the mail.  I gave them a donation that was sacrificial to me.  So what do they do? Send me such aggressive marketing that it was like a freaking bill!  My stating this will probably also cause a ripple effect with MY need for justice - which THEY do nothing about, but so what.  This DC culture is like Michael Jackson sang, "They don't really care about us."   And the consequences in just seeking out help because of corruption in the judicial system - which THEY OBVIOUSLY JUST WATCH - can result in more personal suffering.   All this pomp and circumstance costs our society MUCH.  Did Judicial Watch help impeach Obama and Clinton?  Obviously not. Scandal brings business.  What about the DC pedophiles? Well, they are not hurting Judicial Watch, so what the heck - right???? NO, not right . And what about all the child trafficking?  Is it because they are not THEIR kids that they turn their heads? 

Jeff Sessions was asked in APRIL to re-review Lois Lerner targeting conservative groups like Tea Party.  WTF?  Lois Lerner helped Tea Party and others who were members of conservative groups - to get huge tax write offs.  Lois Lerner HELPED - not HARMED - these so called conservative groups. It was a democrat srategy to split the Republican party.  That includes the Koch Brothers PAC.  Why don't they just be part of the solutions?  This is all wasted money on power-play.  So how else would or should Hon. Sessions respond?  Media are just reporting lies.  Washington is a mess.  It is chaotic. 

 So  - why did they wait till April to ask Jeff Sessions to investigate Lois Lerner, which they described as "reconsider" ?  Was it a sincere request?  Was this IL rep even a member of the Tea Party? Weren't the democrats issuing the complaints? Or was the Tea Party Formed to aid and abet democrats, anyway - to split the republican party - so of course Lerner will give them tax breaks.  After all, let's get the Republican Party Split in two as the next election approaches. Good job, Tea Party Members.  Just for that, I give you write offs and fatter tax returns. 

 If this IL rep was a Tea Party Member, how much of a tax break did he get from Lois Lerner himself? Everything loops around.  Spare the freaking DC drama. We in the PUBLIC eye are getting wise to all these tactics and frankly, we are sickened by the fake politics.  How can Hon. Sessions investigate something like that when it loops around?  What are the grounds?  You can't use internet to fabricate backdated stories and say, "See?  This is what happened."  Most of us are not drug users.  Yet out of that "most" are many who can be easily mass mind controlled because they don't think for themselves.  Nevertheless, there are those of us who do stand for the truth.  Internet is not God.  It is a tool.

Judicial Watch forgot to bitch about Jeff Sessions recusing himself - another fake agenda since when he did, nobody said anything .  It made perfect sense, since the witch hunt had to be suppressed - otherwise, he would end up like General Flynn.   And he was successful - yet nobody gave him credit for that.  Another wtf moment.
